The TRUELIGHT partition wall is made up of an extruded aluminium frame with a soft PVC seal for improved soundproofing. Optimum alignment of the partition is achieved by positioning shims between the aluminium floor profile and the glass.
The lower glazing bead profile is attached to the floor profile using a snap-on coupling system and the glass is inserted into the lower frame by tilting the panes. 5+5 0.38 glass is supplied as standard for partition walls with heights of up to 308 cm and 6+6 0.76 cm for partition walls of up to 360 cm. The vertical joint between the sheets of glass is achieved by inserting a special extruded aluminium profile which does not affect the continuity of the wall. Alternatively, a translucent polycarbonate profile can be inserted which also maintains transparency (for heights of up to 300 cm and thicknesses of 5+5 only).
