PERSONALISATION OF GLASS PANES THROUGH INSERTION OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS

It is now possible to personalise partitions using panels into which different materials can be inserted (between the glass panes). This technique can be implemented using a vacuum system which, rather than PVB, uses a laminating film (ethyl vinyl acetate - EVA) with 3D cross-linking properties which does not contain plasticisers. This film, combined with the vacuum system and temperature control, makes it possible to couple and laminate numerous materials: wood veneers, dry leaves, marble, photographs, paper, rice paper, fine nets, silk, polyester films in metallic colours with different refractory properties, etc. Using this system, any desired type of lamination is guaranteed to result in high-quality and extremely safe glass.

Unlike PVB (which is more widely used in large products), it offers the following features:
